This policy covers the websites actualclown.com, holdemcareer.actualclown.com, and blackjackcareer.actualclown.com. Our apps have their own policies, which are shorter, because the apps collect nothing at all.
No cookies. No analytics scripts. No advertising. No tracking pixels. No third-party embeds. No accounts, no sign-ups, no newsletter, no contact forms. We do not sell, rent, or share data about you with anyone, because we do not have any.
These sites are served through Cloudflare, which sits between your browser and our files. Delivering and protecting a website requires processing the basic details of each request — your IP address, the browser and operating system you're using, the page you asked for, and the time you asked for it. That is inherent to how any website reaches you; it is not something we've added on top.
We use that only in aggregate, to see roughly how many people visited and whether anything is broken. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors, we do not build profiles, and we do not combine this with anything else. Cloudflare processes it as our infrastructure provider under their own terms.
If you write to hello@actualclown.com or support@actualclown.com, we have your email and whatever you chose to put in the message, for as long as we keep the correspondence. We use it to answer you. We don't add you to anything, and we don't pass it on.
These sites are not directed to children and are not designed to appeal to them.
We hold no account, no profile, and no marketing list, so in the ordinary case there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we'll delete it. Washington residents have rights under the My Health My Data Act and other state law; residents of other jurisdictions may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. We will honor any of them — email us.
